Prairie in Tagaytay

Inspired by the garden of Chicago's World famous Millenium Park. we will create the same kind of garden in Cecilia's Grove using wild flowers and grasses. Most of the unused land will be covered with lavender, sedum, step-on-me, daisies, as well as spices including rosemary, chives, onions, and a variety of sage.

Huge Glass Picture Window.

Huge glass windows will surround the building, bringing the outside inside the unit. Since the scenic beauty of Taal should be viewed at all times.

Ideal Structure for Cecilia's Grove

This is the perfect structure, color, and design for Cecilia's Grove. The design is Italian which coincide with the concept of this project. The balcony has a trellis on top.

Perfect Exterior - Ideal Balcony

Here's another photo -- of our inspiration for Cecilia's Grove. The color, black, white/cream trimming, and the light color bricks. The Trellis in the balcony brings the Italian in the structure. That would be perfect to enjoy the beautiful sceney. Long and wide windows are simply perfect. It's has classic design of simple lines.

Wide Window and Juliette Windows

Juliette balconies will be incorporated in our design. It's like having a window and a door serving as a balcony. It goes back to our concept of bringing the outside inside the unit.

The Club House

This will be the club house for all residents of Cecilia's Grove, housing all major events in the community.

Roof Top Deck

To appreciate the beauty of the Taal Volcano and Taal Lake, a roof top deck will be built so the condo owners can enjoy the stunning scenery that makes Tagaytay a beautiful place to live and to retire.
